The TMC range of is known for their rigidity and stability. All main components are made of high quality cast iron for maximal damping of vibrations. We stan-dard use a 4-way STEP bed design with hardened and grinded guideways and a forged steel tailstock quill withelectronic thrust monitoring, it ensures precision and reliability even under heavy loads.

The standard series offers a maximum turning diameter of 4000 mm, a distance between centers of 36000 mm, and a load capacity of 400 tons, making it suitable for efficient and high-precision machining of large workpieces. Machine specifications can be customized according to product requirements. The lathe can be optionally equipped with a C-axis, programmable full-open steady rests, drilling/milling units combined with a B-axis, a fully CNC grinding unit, a reaming unit, as well as burnishing and polishing units, providing flexibility to meet diverse process needs.
